Terms of Service

I.General Rules1. I cannot/will not draw any hyper-masculine characters, heavy gore, full anthro, mecha, real people, animals, or any kind of hate art. Anything that is not listed here can be discussed with me in DMs.2. All designs made are for personal use only. By purchasing my art, you agree that you will not resell or trace my artwork. Changes to the design are only permitted to the owner of said design.3. I have the right to post the commission on my social media. If you do not want me to post the commission, there will be an extra fee.4. All payments must be done in USD.5. Character designs will not have set prices as there are multiple factors when it comes to these commissions. Prices can be discussed in DMs.6. Prices are negotiable to a certain extent. If we cant seem to come to an agreement, I will cancel the commission.II. Payment Plans1. You must pay at least 50% of the price after the sketch is sent. The rest will be required after the finished piece with the watermark is sent.2. All purchases are final. There are no refunds.

Commissions

Character and Character Design Commissions-I accept Venmo, Cashapp, Ko-Fi and Paypal.-Half or all of the payment must be made after the sketch is sent.-Please provide a clear image of your character(s), without filters, excessive edits, etc.-Depending on my situation and the commission, the commission itself will take around 1-2 weeks.-My art is not for commercial use.-I am allowed to decline any commission that I cannot fulfill or feel uncomfortable with.-Extra characters will cost half of the commission price.If you have any questions regarding anything about the commission. Feel free to ask me in DMs.
